Our Growth & Retention Program offers 3 plans for agents to choose from. Let's cover

Here's the twist. Direct Link Realty will pay you a portion of the office earnings for
sales generated by agents you recruit. This income is your "Retention Share." You can
use your retention share however you wish, but here are some ideas:
- Keep yourself in a new car - Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus, etc.
- Take a trip around the world
- Buy a vacation home
- Fund that retirement program you've been imagining
- Pay off your home
- Buy investment property
- Hire an assistant

The model assumes:
- Total transaction sides (buy or sell) per agent per year: 10
- Total agents recruited by each agent per year: 4 (one per quarter)
- Average sale price of a home: $300,000
