How it Works

With our Flat Fee Listing program, instead of paying a 6% commission rate when your property sells, you pay us a $395 Flat Fee when you list your home. We list your home with both the FMLS and MLS multiple listing services. You really need your home listed on both services in metro Atlanta to make sure your listing is seen by all agents. Some real estate offices only subscribe to one or the other of these services.

At closing, you pay us just 0.5% instead of the typical 3% you'd traditionally pay your listing agent.

• Supra Lockbox - Listings without a Supra lockbox are frequently passed up by busy Buyer's Agents. Unlike some other flat fee companies, we don't believe that having a lockbox should be an optional extra, and we include a Supra lockbox at no additional charge with every listing. This makes it look like a normal listing to any agent, and it allows us to track which agents entered your home - both for prospect tracking and for security purposes.
• Property Information Hotline - With our exclusive Property Information Hotline, potential buyers can call our hotline, and get an automated message with information about your home from anywhere, and if they choose to, be connected directly to you to schedule an appointment to see your home. With our system, you won't lose a potential buyers because you will have endless audio flyers rather than trying to continuously keep them in stock like the competition.
• Free Listing Renewals - Some services charge you for each 3 or 6 month listing period. We hope it won't be necessary to have to extend your listing, but we'll happily do so for FREE as often as necessary until your home sells.
• MLS & FMLS - Unlike many other US cities where the MLS systems are owned and operated by the local Board of Realtors, Atlanta has two independent listing services. Direct Link Realty is a member of both systems, and we enter all of our listings into both systems. This ensures that our clients get the maximum possible exposure to potential buyers. The fact that they are independent is part of what makes discounted listings a bit more expensive in GA. Their fees are higher, and one actually charges a percentage of the sale price - preventing us from offering a totally flat pricing model.
